I don't really believe that. Taeja owned his side of the map had an army upwards of 170 supply, had a crazy amount of Ghosts, Rain's detection was very minimalized so cloak was going to be very effective.
TaeJa set himself SO far ahead in that game that he more than likely could have closed that game out earlier. He was just playing safe and theres nothing WRONG with that, but I don't believe that Rain was just unkillable unless TaeJa just took the perfect fight.

Lots of stalkers + lots of colossus is very good. If you add tempest, even better.

The key to beating Tempest is abusing it's mobility and killing off bases.

Scan, kill Observers/Oracles. Cloak Mass ghosts. EMP and kill everything. Use any remaining Vikings to help DPS down Colossus and any Tempests.
