So my money is currently on Hyun for DH champ. I wouldn't bet against Stardust in P v Z.
Hyun has better Z v P than Jaedong though, guess we'll see.

I think the engagement was also what broke JD. He fought in a narrow corridor where FF's zoned out the lings from the back. I thought JD was just going to dive in to kill the MSC to prevent a recall. If he'd have waited until he came out on the nat he could've made a better surround.

Even after JD gambled and got lucky with the sentry immortal catch in the open, he managed to use perfect forcefields to zone out all lings and focus all his stalkers and sentries on the mutas. That was so beautiful! Indeed alot of people missed that. I just wanna watch that in slowmotion over and over again

love the people complaining about alins lol

JD pretty much chose the exact wrong place to fight that. The Sentries could slice up the entire ground force and the Shield and +1 armor really did the trick. Plus the warp in of another round of Stalkers.
If they have that fight in the opening to the natural/3rd, JD wins that going away, as the Lings get in on the Stalkers.

Now if we could just see some great 2 base Terran all-ins.
Oh wait...

It will never end. Reminds me of 2011 when MC was 2 basing Zergs all the time and winning everything.

When your favorite player does it, it's a timing attack. When your favorite player loses to it, it's an all in.

So my money is currently on Hyun for DH champ. You should keep in mind that Stardust beat both Hyun and Jaedong to win DH Summer, not only Jaedong.

I'll be honest, it's not the balance, or the all-in, or any of that crap.
I want JD to win because I'm a fan.

Jaedong should have either killed the probe, or killed the probes in the main. Either way, stardust's weakness was his probes. I also feel like he should have gone with more roaches, since he had the +1 roach attack and he needed more meat as there were a lot of zealots and he could have taken out the immortals coming out of the robo if he had gone for probes.

All JD needed was spines on his natural, then engage there, stardust was completely all in.

Remember PuMa 1/1/1'ing MC and HerO? So much rage.

is this the new soul train?

I think Zs need to try a 16-ling forge snipe against this.

It is easy holdable. Jaedong proves it but he does 1 thing wrong to screw it up each time.
Can't blame SD for winning games.
