why tempest ? isn't the carrier the better answer? Havinglocusts they got interceptors out all the time, vipers cannot get near them due to the interceptors. You got the time and money t get them hmm

Well, it´s mostly true. It´s just Scarletts playstyle, in WoL she mostly turtled BL/infestor, now it´s SH/Corruptor/BL/Viper. She does it well, but it is incredibly boring.
