If Moonglade could have won WCS EU then of COURSE BK could have won WCS America. Also just realised it isn't NA we should stop calling it that. This a million times over. We really need to get away from calling them regions and just call them prelims.
This is a good plan, or just call them conferences and give the non-sense names like East, West, North and South. Or just name them for the city the league takes place in. Then at least it makes sense because the players travel there.

Such a shit rule.

Well I don't see any reason to deny them from having MORE noise than the default. If naniwa asked for less noise so he could hear the casters and crowd, then I suspect the response would be different.
