Naniwa is just being honest. People call him BM when he tell his opinion on a player that they like that happens to be negative, and they call him well mannered when he tell his opinion and it happens to be positive.
Same thing about Vortix and the handshake. He doesn't like Vortix so he doesn't shake his hand simple as that. He doesn't fake it and for some people that is very upsetting, but I prefer people that are honest than trying to create a fake persona like some sc2 pros do.
