The rotation is bugged. It get stuck quite often but you just need to use the rotation again to unstuck it tough.

I wouldn't call it pathetic. He's just mentioning it. He's not saying "holy shit ogn production sucks come watch gsl", he's just pointing out a flaw in OGN's production.
