23 wins is the magic number right now to cement their playoff spot.
yeah but if SKT win they'd be 3 wins ahead of Khan with much better map score so it's unlikely for khan to catch up.
Yup, it will take a Khan miracle and SKT collapse (or STX collapse) for Khan to make it. The playoff teams are more or less set, seeds are the only thing people are fighting for now. Woongjin needs 2 wins and +5 mapscore to lock down 1st place, while KT needs 5 wins and +19 to secure 2nd (but these numbers will change depending on how SKT perform today).
We should make a bet. Last place guy has to premake OPs for a whole tournament lololol
That's nothing considering I just did that for the Gambit's Cup team league in the brood war section for the past 5 months. People need to start earning their LR badges.

Lol, I'm sure they would've done that already if it weren't for the rule that requires all three races to be played. SKT has been really favoring variations of 4P1T1Z .

I think that's the right move tbh. Hadn't he noticed the proxy, panicking like that might have been acceptable, but after spotting it so early and having one more gate up? Did he even build zealots from his second gate (except the one he sent to his opponent's base)?

That was quite a shameful display.
I'm really surprised that he didn't just pull like 4-5 probes and kill the pylon
Like... that's literally all he needed to do, he still would've been ahead in probes by like 4...
It's a shame, Brown showed such a good PvZ against Losira back in the glory days...

That's not the proper way to defend it, there really isn't a reason Brown would have lost with his response. All he had to do was delay engaging til he had an extra zealot or two, but he thought it would be more appropriate to fight against a wall/building while probes take hits and zealots not hitting anything.... goddamn, that was bad.

Wow, this rule does actually exist?
It's no coinsidence both teams tonight have 4 toss, 1 zerg/terran in the lineup
Before PL started when I looked at the lineup, I called (to myself) that Hyvaa was going to speedling allin, it's just too like him. HoweverI didn't think Bisu would have won. Baller that he did though

I'm pretty sure he can, he's played reasonably before, but he's also quite a good FPL anti-team choice. Worked well twice for me and seems to be working for people this season.

He waited for speed to finish. By then BISU saw no third and cannoned and walled the hell up. If he went for runby earlier he probably would have won. There was no unit at the wall gap while sentry was being made
They have been getting decent crowds at the main venue the last few weeks, but going to sit in a mall isn't that exciting when you can just watch from home.

As I wrote before it's not based on one game it's based on his current form in late WoL and late HotS. Also I dont see the improvement. He isn't playing up to a player of his standards should. You see alot of mistakes in his play he would never make before.
i don't think fantasy is bad, he punches pretty hard and has a positive record in PL. maybe not up to his BW standards but still a solid player, tier 2 terran.

i realize he's under performing but that's only if you compare his results to bw. He was obviously good enough to qualify for code S two seasons in a row and be sent out as an ace in a few proleague matches so in the grand scheme of things, he's really not that bad. Its ONLY because people are comparing him to how good he used to be in bw.
And honestly, he didn't play perfectly in his match vs JYP, but rather than saying fantasy played like shit, how about complimenting JYP for playing really well? Seriously.... some of Fantasy's games are plain bad, but for the most part, when he loses, its because the other player deserved to win. Your quote of "I used to think Bisu was the biggest weakness on T1 but now i fear my fav player fanta might have taken that role" makes me doubt Fantasy was ever your favorite player to begin with.

Lol I was going to say "you guys are lucky" because I was sure I'd picked SKT in this format, but as it turns out, I also picked STX. I probably forgot about the format change too. So "yeah, lucky us" :D
However, I'm going to start pointing the finger at boxer again. It was his lineup choices in WL that brought us down on a losing streak. And then he needs to find a way to not field 4 protosses. Between boxer and skt zergs, SKT has a lot to get together.
Dat Classic vs Rain. Watching Zest's previous lategame PvPs really makes me think that not having that one warp prism won't be an option in the future of lategame PvP engagements, especially with the upcoming buff.
Really wanted Fantasy to win, but I also really wanted to Innovation get back on track after losing the GSL finals (seems he's fine). Guess you can't have it all.

That hasn't been confirmed to be going live yet, has it?
damn rain let me down there.. Had bisu, rain as captain and skt for team. Was an ideal spot for rain to win and then win the ace match brining in massive points.
I find it odd though that lategame PvP often seems to revert to colossi wars, I get that if both players expand they have to follow up with robo and thus the game becomes colossus vs colossus at first but why not go tempest instead of the second robo?? Tempest are like super vikings when it comes to fighting colossi. Is it because of the constant hallucination scouting that you have no opening for the tempest or is something else going on, i don't get completely get it
Even Dodgin is getting into the stats overlap (this is what happens when PL refuses to keep the BW/SC2 stats separate; you create franken stats!). Who do I have to write to get the KeSPA officials on board with this?

There was a point in time near the beginning of Classic's BW career where he had very near to a 90% winrate. Maybe the first 15 games or something. The only problem he ever really had was confidence. When he was in the zone he would micro three marine drops at the same time and shit.
