Except that Innovation himself proved this guy wrong in his series with Symbol. Yes you can get a tank out in time in
a "TvZ with good enough macro/APM to care about timings".

Of course you can get a Tank, but if your opponent is then playing standard or, worse, rushing Hive, you end up in a disdavantageous position.
