My first point is about Kespa players and how strong they turned out to be in SC2, despite so many many doubters for many months and years, while everyone was neglecting the potential of these guys in the BW leagues. I'm totally happy now that the Kespa players have proven themselves to be very strong!

My second point has nothing to do with that. It's just my personal impression of the personalities of Bogus and Soulkey, who have been known to be very well prepared players for a long time (even in BW) and yet in individual leagues I think they fail to deliver their full potential, so I expect them to both struggle in the final too. And I will nevertheless enjoy it, as I expect my Soulkey to prevail!

No one thought that KeSPA players would be irrelevant. If 80 good koreans switch then of course some of them are going to be relevant. But the article wasn't about Bogus, Rain, Roro or sOs. And they are the ones who made it.

And KeSPA players didn't have to "catch up" since HotS was released and pretty much reset everything.

Anyway on topic. I hope Soulkey shows some really easy innovative way to deal with widow mines, making all zergs go "ooh so obvious, why haven't we done that?". Because that would help me a lot.

of course the topic is okay, but your post writes things like "all competition up to now has been farce" (and some other things that particular people write) is not on. i know you edited your post to make it seem a bit more in jest but in essence it's still baiting.

i guess it's okay to go KESPAA after they win, but not okay to bash esf players or bait their fais

When people support teams and players, it's very rare for them be be elitist about it, or post pathetic attempts at flame baiting. There's a reason talking about being fans of teams and players doesn't get people banned.

I hope we get good games. I really wanted Bomber in the semi finals. The entertainment of a Ro4 vs Innovation would be insane, and then it would finish with the greatest matchup. I'd even enjoy Innovation's presence here more.

You do realize that the article stated that ALL competitors in GSL were inferior. Basiccally GSL as we knew it was some sort of kiddy league were the children were having fun till the KESPA players would swoop in and completely destroy them.

The article used Flash as prime example, but was indicating that Jaedong and that Protoss player, which name I don't even remember right now, were going to revolutionize and utterly destroy the GSL children.
Which is not happening.

Furthermore, the article claimed that we, SCII fans, were basically wasting our time watching the farce that is GSL and all the players playing in GSL were terrible rts players:

Anyway, I will not waste too much time on this. Because out of the multiple thousand people posting here the big majority can see why the "elephant in the room" article was a piece of garbage suitable in a magazine next to stories about Paris Hilton, Kim Kardashian and Ke$ha.

I suggest that people read the article again. If you think it was about Kespa players going to be eventually really fucking good players, you should read again. That wasn't the hush-hush secret because the smart people were already saying/thinking that.
