You can be as aggressive as you want and mechanics are more important than strategy. haven't watched much SC2 lately so I don't know how true your statement is now but Jaedong was always quite aggressive in BW. Sometimes it would bite him in the ass and cost him games, but at least in BW, his micro (fuckin JD and his 2-hatch muta) and sense of when/where to attack was so good that being aggressive would often turn a losing situation into a win. So him staying aggressive in SC2 doesn't really surprise me. Doesn't seem to be working out here in SC2 though based on your comments and his winrate. It's not like JD's BW decisionmaking was bad (quite the opposite really; he was a great adaptive player with "lose first, win later" Bo5 performances). A shame if that's the case in SC2 | ||
