I have no idea why Oz didn't just proactively make phoenixes. They are the only way to beat mutas, which are a super common transition from hydras

Can you really outproduce the mutas? Even if you build phoenix, if the zerg just builds more mutas and a few corruptors, the phoenix dont even deal with the mutas all that well.
