It's not that they're overpowered, that's not what I was trying to say. More that they're silly. They can be countered perfectly fine with range upgraded phoenix from two starports. But that's basically only way (besides timing attack of course). You can't pick at them with storm or stalkers because they regen so quickly. It's like blizzard was upset that people weren't going phoenix to counter mutas so they made it the only option.
