I am not sure(not at all, to be honest) but i think in sweden you are paying something like a flatrate. I hope a swede can give a better insight | ||

The system is different in Sweden compared to the US. You pay a fee to be able to play whatever you like at events (which makes it a lot cheaper). Therefore they can do this, while tournaments in other countries can't (since it costs to much). Atleast this is how I think it is, never held an event myself  . | ||
