EU had like 4 days of tournaments and top 2 each day qualified, seems this is different. Why would they have different qualifications per region? different because blizzard didn't give them a standard and said "do the qualifiers how you want"

It is up to the individual organization (ESL/MLG) to determine the format.

(ie. they will be able to secure qualification for the season 2 premier league of NA/EU, but won't be able to play in the season 1 premier league of NA/EU). [Players don't have to forfeit their Code S spots to do this.] And now I do not understand why HyuN is playing too... Isn't the tourney today the qualifier for the Challange League Qualifier as well? On April 20 2013 02:01 MLG Deimos wrote: There will be a 2nd invite only qualifier next weekend to decide the 16 players entering the challenger league. 9th-40th from the Qualifying Tournament 1, will get an invite the 2nd qualifier. So only place 9-40 of today will be invited to the NA Challenger League Qualifier? Maybe that's the reason why HyuN is playing, because there would be no other way to qualify to NA Challenger League.

It's because they filled the bracket based off the order you registered. So if you register after 512 register, and 100% of them check in, you wont get in. :[ edit: I'm a dumbfuck and need to learn reading comprehension sorry ignore. Leaving up for public shame.

Since he dropped 1-0 and his opponent advanced, I'm figuring DQ is likely but it's still BS that he was even let in.
