Giving the players a choice is a bad idea. Puts the burden on the players to get the win (which is favorable), yet look like the bad guy. MLG should have a set rule so it's not on the players to potentially look bad.

I can't understand how so many people feel its fair that nony should take the freewin, if I were part of MLG and detected there was in fact a keyboard failure, I wouldn't even give Nony the chance to say anything and promptly resume the game from before the failure.
