From what I've experienced, unless there's a mod note up balance discussion is usually ok. But there's a fine line between discussion and whining and the mods are usually pretty consistent with that definition. It's pretty easy for most people to discern who's just having a discussion and who's whining. | ||

Its okay to note something about the balance of a match-up, but don't say shit like "omggggg zvp is impossible for zerg to win! WHAT A SHITTY MATCHUP!".
