I would say probably MKP. He gets punished for being greedy, but I don't think I've ever seen him get punished for being unable to properly control his forces.
Gumiho has good drop harassment but I'm not sure that he's microing 100% of that.

A progamer may know a lot about the game, and so may anyone else who actually wants to learn a lot about it. The only huge difference is some people don't have the mechanics to pull it off.
Anyone can have as much game knowledge as a pro-gamer. It wouldn't be that hard, the big difference is being able to use it in an actual game.
