There were more top protoss > top zergs > top terrans, but that didnt't stop complete no name terrans knocking out people like life (in this situation puma is no name).

Playing bio is useless so yes it's a wrong tech choice, but most terrans have been playing bio-tank only in wol and probably have a hard time switching to pure mech play, it will take time.

Well, Genna seems to want the team to be player-focused, with players involved in decision making or at least being able to know what goes into making decisions. Pretty transparent in that regard.
