- Keen went cc first and got up his natural way faster
- Rain knew he was behind in economy so decided to attack Keen's natural but Keen read it perfectly and got up bunkers and scv's and Rain didn't even bother and just went home.
- Keen was so far ahead at that point his 3rd was finished before Rain even started his. Rain went for HT and hallucination to fake colossi, then attacked Keen's 3rd. Keen managed his units perfectly, split up Rain's army and killed off the zealots then picked off Rain's army and sniped the templars as he was forced to run home
- Keen was on 160 supply, Rain on 100 when Keen moved in to deal the final blow. Rain just had a handful of gateway units and new templars with a storm each. Most players would have gg'd by now, but Rain somehow micro'd perfectly and landed each of his last storms. Keen kept on attacking in with his far larger army and eating storms and pretty soon Rain was back in the game.
- Eventually it was Rain who was doing the attacking, getting his 4th up first, and somehow erasing the supply deficit. I think Keen was so stunned at Rain's comeback he couldn't believe that he was still playing the same game 15 minutes later. Keen didn't put up much of a fight and finally Rain came in with his deathball and finished him.

no, you said it On February 20 2013 16:23 BigFan wrote: From the interviews: What are you learning from PartinG? There were a lot of things about the game that I didn't know. I think I'm better than him at PvT but PvZ and PvP is definitely all PartinG. better at PvT than Parting who was said to have the best PvT so ya, his control late game, spread and decision making like those constant 3 zealots or dts is very impressive. Wonder if he'll take out flash hmm parting's pvt has been rather suspect lately

I'm still coming to grips with how terrible Keen played in the second game. I've never seen a Korean terran deal with a templar army that poorly before. Free Templar snipes? no thanks, they can live. Storms raining from the high ground? Better not scan and stay within storm range. I've seen a lot of good stuff from Keen in the past couple months, this was disappointing. I'm excited about Rain vs Flash. Have they played in a live match before in SC2? Also goooo Leenock tonight.

Best was spreading his HT in PL like that too. Commentators said that maybe it has to do with Parting's influence and spreading out HT to storm flank Nar Rain is one of the few players who Storm flanks long before parting joined. It's one of the reasons he dominated so hard back then during his deep Gsl run where he faced pretty much only Terrans.

Having a huge group of Marines and running them in and out of a single storm 3 times and dropping 10-20 supply suddenly shouldn't happen at this level of play. I don't think any storm is dodgeable in every situation. Keen has fought too much at bad points but still, there were also other fights where it was not the case, Rain's storms were just too good and coming from every side. I can't understand how you can argue that Rain's storms were not awesome.

There should be an achievement like "storm dodger" or something and I suppose all the T guys here would be much better than Keen. Seriously think about it again. Rain almost baited Keen's army at that choke point with an apparently slim and ezpz army, Keen just got overconfident, even if it cost him some storms. Rain's strategy would have failed if more than like 5% of his storms was missed, but he did it, he was just really good with them. But T guys here would never admit a P can do well. Either they're really bad when they lose, or their opponent just threw the game if they win. There is no other option. This is almost every time the same in this forum full of these negative terran fanboys. What about being positive sometimes ?

Rain had a strong hype in 2012 . Keen is T against Rain that is P (No skill to deathbal according to some people) . Keen is esf against Kespa Rain . {post your variable here}
