Example of this would be Thorzain. They clearly want him to have exposure and gain experience, but TL`s got few way better players than him and they don`t get a chance to play and get experience like T-funk. Yea and fielding Puma so many times was almost ridiculous.

Anyone with me ?

...no. what we see on stream is a very small sample of each players' games. Tzain has beaten players like polt and monster, and puma has dominated tournaments in the padt. Such player choices are entirely reasonable...

They also said (the coach said anyway) that they choose players based on in house rankings.

Thorzain is in masters league streaming HOTS ffs and certainly a worse player than Hero, Taeja, and Revival.

Streams a couple hours of HotS, therefore can't possibly be playing WoL?

Playing the same game over and over leads to burn out. It's good to have breaks and change.

he streams easily 5+hours of hots per day atm. And tell that to flash.

Yeah, pretty mind blowing how you can se EG-TL players stream bot WoL and HotS for a couple of hours the day before game days and stuff. That plus traveling to tournaments will punish them in the long run, I'm pretty sure on that. People are allowed to disagree of course.

idc about EGTL results and i like some good hots stream so i'm fine with that but that just show the lack of commitment of EGTL about Proleague and WoL.
8h/day is a joke anyway compare to esf/kespa teams.

No one knows what Flash's WoL schedule is for sure.

And they're not allowed to stream anything until they've played a certain amount in the lab? So he must be meeting what's expected of him...

Well in a recent interview he said 50-60 games a day.

I always laugh when foreigners use the term "burnout".

As a former competitive Halo player I can assure you burnout is a real and serious problem... you always start to deteriorate in quality as you tire mentally and physically, you have to take breaks.
