Many people are with their families and arent able to watch fancy SC2. Furthermore zvzvzvz might not be the best matchup and MC dropped out quite early this time.

Question is just whether HotS will get the community interested again. My interest will rise again that's for sure, but it's still there anyway.

Most people are home with family at this time of the year, not spending several hours a few days in a row following a SC2 tournament. Having said that, I think the main reason for low viewer numbers is there have been notable tournaments every weekend for weeks now.

I honestly could careless who wins the finals. When people call a top 4 zergs and it happens, it's depressing. My logic on why the stream viewers are down

NS2 is fantastic, and has a pretty active competetive scene. It's quite imbalanced atm, but they're tweaking it every week. Check it out, if you have the time.

HSC had a good start but the end of the tournament is very representative of whats going wrong with the game. I really hope HotS will change everything.
