Game 6 Recap
STX_hyvaa (Z7) vs CJ_EffOrt (Z1)

Hyvaa spawns bottom left, while EffOrt spawns top right.

EffOrt goes hatch first while Hyvaa goes for 14 pool into hatch. EffOrt takes a gas as he starts his pool. Hyvaa gets his slightly later. EffOrt starts ling speed immediately while Hyvaa opts for a roach warren first. Baneling nest is done for EffOrt. A zergling slips into Hyvaa's main and sees the roaches. Both players start +1 range upgrade. However, hyvaa starts his roach speech earlier, while EffOrt starts +1 carapace.

At 10:20, hyvaa decides to do a massive roach push into EffOrt's natural. EffOrt does not have many roaches, and is forced to pull drones. Although he defends the first wave, he loses most of the drones at his natural, and was is forced to cancel his third. hyvaa keeps pressure for a while, but backs out eventually to take a third. EffOrt gets burrow for health regen, and contaminates hyvaa's eve chamber researching Range +2.

Hyvaa decides to put pressure again as EffOrt takes his third. Hyvaa baits EffOrt's roach army down the third base ramp, and flanks the army from the side and behind. EffOrt is pushed back into his natural as his third falls. Hyvaa's infesters are out and just as the first fungals are cast on the roaches by EffOrt's natural ramp, GG is called.
