It almost looked like a BW TvT, and I loved every minute of it. and yet you have him on your anti team, for shame fool for shame. I didn't expect him to be this good in GSL lol. He looked kinda mediocre last season, and I didn't think his performance in the MvP Invitational would necessarily translate elsewhere. Maybe I'll trade him later. Should trade Baby asap Baby is my captain, I can't trade him. T_T how does this apply to you
well Baby is my captain too.

Weird thing is that it's played just fine yesterday and the day before without it. Any tips?
There isny any gomplayer anymore, its flashplayer on gomtv website now

Reading LRs is really difficult when there's so much racial bias. So because Zerg enjoyed their one period of domination in WoL, most Zergs are patch zergs, and TvT is the only good match up.
*sigh*
Anyway, come on MVP, get that Nestea award!

not for people like me who don't have a season ticket.
And I'm not having a problem with Gom player, I'm having a problem with Gom streamer.

I remember GomTvT as being boring because it was just the same thing over and over, and seeing the BL/Infestor push across Daybreak the first times as being really cool. The millionth time you see it the less exciting it gets. PvZ could surely be really cool if the meta got shaken up a bit. To some extent, I mean even myself as a Terran fanboy was getting a little tired of it back in those days. But to compare TvT overload to infestor/broodlord strolling accross the map overload is harsh TvT is so deep, so strategical. so many varieties of openers, styles, compositions etc. Positioning. Just seems like what an RTS match should be like for me.

Forever. Yes, new maps are fresh and exciting. But we still have to make sure they are decently balanced before we use them in individual leagues. Let's say Steppes of War never existed previously. But it is released now, do you think it would be a good idea to use it in GSL just because there would be new 'tactics'? Again, I am not saying these maps are imbalanced (we just don't have enough data) but we don't need to jump the gun. This next week will be interesting because we will see some TvZ and TvPs on Arkanoid.
Those maps are almost certainly imbalanced, but I think map imbalances aren't such a terrible thing to be honest, as long as the overall map pool is balanced. No matter how hard you try, most maps will be racially imbalanced to some extent anyway (take Ohana PvZ for example, and Ohana was designed to be a "perfect" map). We may as well accept that and try to direct the metagame through the maps, rather than much less predictable patches.
Imbalanced maps create a lot more tension in play, and allow the true champions to differentiate themselves from others and demonstrate their superiority - for example like Savior winning ZvT on maps that other top Zergs had like 20% winrate on.
