You can easily. Blizzard is not being creative: Just make Siege Tank have an attack that launches, after 0.1 seconds, the actual damage is dealt (after the attack is made). HOWEVER, AN IMPORTANT THING TO HAVE IS A VALIDATOR THAT CHECKS (after the 0.1 second delay) IF THE UNIT BEING TARGETED IS STILL ALIVE... if so, it deals the damage. If not, no damage (therefore, no smart fire). You can do it easily (it works similar to how the Colossus' attack doesn't do damage until the animation completely finishes). Not that I'm discussing whether tanks should have smart fire removed or not but I'm disappointed Blizzard is always not creative with doing things >.>. | ||

No players on my anti- are on the same team as my main team, and its working okay so far! Though I really wish Sacsri's weird as hell all-in worked a little better. | ||
