From page 85 and onwards anyone contributing to a gender discussion will face moderation.
I feel the need to remind people that balance commentary and complaints are not acceptable posts in LR topics due to the fact that they will derail any tournament topic that it is left unchecked in. If you participate in it you will be moderated.
It should also be clear that any SC2 vs LoL debates have no place in this thread. |

Yes, and they probably won't even win a game! Fitting for the tournament, since some players like ToD qualified by signing up to a qulifier and getting walkovers every game.

Vortix lost in the first round where he was heavily favored against Caliber, and Lucifron lost in the second round. They both just lost their first matches in the winners bracket and now they have to face each other in yet another tournament. Imagining the emotional distress is unsettling. They can't have both lost their first matches in the WB, or they wouldn't have met now in the second round of LB.
Also, what do you suggest IPL do? They can't take stuff like this into account. Bad luck, that's all.

Just got home from work, how packed (or not packed) is the venue?

VIP only today, so its quite empty.

It's also Thursday. Not exactly going to be the most watched of the 4 days.

Grubby casting TvZ like a boss.

So many zerg matchups going on. :/ Anyone know when HerO vs Seed is starting?

I think what sc2 needs the most is something to restore people's passion.
maybe the GSL WC can be that thing.

LoL has 120 k on the one stream. I'm disappointed.. everyone tweet and tell their friends about sc2 I feel like there's a major burnout for spectators at the moment, so many huge tournaments happened in the past few weeks and they may be getting bored. 30k for the first day is pretty decent considering.
Im not watching until the semi-finals, for everything else I have Liquipedia

Or suddenly Infestors get removed from the game. Holy crap, we would see some heavy passion by a lot of guys. (People get much more passionate when they complain about something).
Or maybe we just need to see another pro-gamer's dick.
But I'm looking forward to GSL WC as well ^.^

Well to be honest, viewer numbers havent been very big anywhere, not at the beginning of this tourney streak either. LoL has way over 200k on the streams I can see. There are many more streams for other languages I think :o Hope it picks up in the new expansion
Typical LoL fan: about 12-14, sitting at home not doing anything. Might as well watch some games.
Typical SC2 fan: 20-30, hard working, and extremely handsome. Sadly too busy being awesome at life to tune into games at this hour.
At least that's my excuse, and I'm sticking to it.
