Bit of weird build... Might catch Vortix off gaurd but it doesn't seem especially efficient in my opinion, considering you can support 6 raxes per base.
Edit: Didn't actually post that.
As I said, it's a weird build... I feel like I wanna try the all in version of that: 12 rax on 2 base. (similar to the protoss 2 base 10 gateway zealot all in or 2 base 8 gate)
would 12 rax that hits just after zerg's third is up work?
6 rax used to be my bread and butter when I wanted to try a terran all in.

Yeah Grubby has a much better shot at beating Sting than Vortix, but It's not like he has a good chance at beating Sting in a bo5 either.

Sting is adorable, just saying.

Yes. He's got a tough fight against Grubby first.

They both have the same great casting style, and their voices are nearly identical sometimes. Not always, but pretty often. wut?

Sting getting rid of Lucifron and Vortix. Man, he cost the Duran brothers a pretty penny.

You're not going to have the minerals to get 12rax up and get your moneys worth out of them before the timing passes...

Loving the Jared questions, his attitude is good.
Go GRUBBY!

Good to see Sting finally get some good results.

Sting has won all three of his bo5 series' 3-2, cutting it close ;o

Woo great job Sting. Glad he punished Vortix for relying on only queens for the early game defense, that sort of thing would have never happened to a zerg not relying on queens like that honestly.
Grubby vs. Sting finals now please.

Hmm, and having written that, I guess reactors start making WAAAAAY more sense at that point anyway I suppose?
You could get 12 rax up by about 8:00 I think once that second orbital is up you're in the clear. Would be pretty hard to survive to 8:00 without any damage though, and you'd need at least 3 production rounds out of each rax to be effective...
So you're right. Not viable. Might try it in a team game for the lolz though.

4 or 5 rax after 1 Rax FE lets you apply heavy marine pressure to do crippling damage but doesn't prevent you from teching and building a 3rd CC. It's very strong if you delay tanks and turtle after doing damage with your push, like Sting did.

Yeah, but that's tough!
But yeah, Stings build is faaaar superior, after I thought about it a bit. just pure unupgraded marines wouldn't really hold up that well at the time that 12 rax would be up and running.
