Which to be honest, is never actually that strong. I know I know, I'm a Canadian so I can't tell. I'm a western Canadian and the "Accent" that most people think of is an exagerated Ontario accent (unless it's a maritime accent, which sounds somewhat like an irish accent, interestingly I've never really heard a genuine "aboot" but the mertimers do sometimes say "abote"). The point is this eh: It's aboot time more people realize that dey arn't being hosers just by making fun of our accent. That accent is an homage to a part of our heritage eh? An AWESOME part of our herritage. | ||
