Netherlands vs Canada Grubby spawns in the top right on Daybreak, Huk spawns in the bottom left. Both players built an initial zealot and a second gas, then both built a stalker and then a sentry. Grubby started his robo and a second gateway while Huk went straight for the nexus off of one gate, into his own robotics. Grubby started his first immortal while Huk added another two gateways. Grubby started his own nexus and one more gateway after killing the scouting stalker, while Huk started a fourth gateway and a warp prism. Grubby's observer scouts the entire base of Huk, Huk places a pylon behind the minerals of Grubby's natural nexus. Huk's hidden pylon is found and his warp prism is spotted by a probe. Grubby snipes off the warp prism but has to deal with several zealots in his main, but he defended the push at the front with good forcefields. Grubby cleaned up both attacks and Huk started his robotics support bay along with two more gateways. Grubby starts his own support bayy and warp prism, as well as a second robotics facility. Huk immediately began extended thermal lance, a colossus and +1 attack. Grubby's warp prism is spotted by a patrolling observer and his other warp prism is forced out of the main base. A random zealot from Grubby snipes three probes in the natural. Huk is ahead in thermal lance and +1 attack but is only on one robotics. Huk sniped Grubby's warp prism in the main and he pushed out towards Grubby. Huk started +1 armour and a warp prism drop in Grubby's main. The main engagement happens at Grubby natural, with good forcefields. Huk is down in colossus but managed a successful drop in the main. Grubby pushed his advantage into Huk's natural with a colossus advantage but is forced back out of the natural. Huk attempted to start a third base but was slowed down by a zealot of Grubby's. Grubby way ahead in colossus and is pushing towards Huk. Grubby clumped up his colossus but still managed to win and Huk gg's out. | ||
