MLG is straight elimination on the final day, so there is no 3rd place match; that's why they list the spots as 3rd/4th. Flash and Bomber will both get the same amount of money.
Wow so many people not bothering wtachign the finals.... you guys are killing esports. ZvZ is one of the most technical and intense matchups, not to mention this is the fucking MLG dallas finals.
Also why do people keep whining about infestors and whatnot? Do you think Blizzard reads LR threads?

i'm not excited to see a ZvZ, but on the other hand, it is the defending MLG champ vs. the reigning GSL champ!
Hurr If Flash didn't win then Z is OP. 2 zergs in final 8 is OP. I am obviously tired of so much whine but seriously 2 yrs into the game and this community just becomes more and more virulent. Its incredibly sad, imo there are some units that should be changed or mechanics that should be changed but it doesn't take away from the skill of the players and the legitimacy of their wins. 3T-2Z-2P in final 8. Seems legit to me.
Nobody is bitching about Leenock and Life, incidentally two Zergs who can win with all sorts of shenanigans. Gives a lie to the 'all our units suck, hence we need infestors to be really good' line.

No I don't think a patchzerg is better than flash or rain.

You're an idiot if you think they have even hit anywhere close to their skill peak, yet. GSL players better enjoy the limelight while they still can.
I love me some tears.
Life vs Leenock
Motherfucking Life vs Leenock. You know, two players who are actually top level players instead of code A.
Tears?
It's a fact. These are the most talented RTS players to ever walk the planet, and they haven't even played for half as long as some of these Code S champions, and are already nearly on their level. What does that tell you?
Life is 15 years old and still has to juggle his practicing with fucking 9th grade homework. yet he still managed to beat the "god of starcraft" 4 games in a row when flash practices 10 hours a day. What does that tell you?

That being skilled at RTS means you're skilled at RTS.
And that Leenock and Life are the talented upcoming generation.
And that sc2 is a different game. Ask Moon.
Moon has a wife and a kid and, according to Nightend, literally cannot play more than 7 hours a day 'cause he has other obligations (probably his wife and kid).

Ahahaaa! "Assuming". Good one.
I have to put that in there, just in case some unlikely occurrence prevents Hyun's continued domination. I mean, it's incredibly unlikely (it's Hyun Fight Club, of course) BUT if that 0.00000001% chance comes up, I don't look totally silly. ~_~
Yes you should always play it safe, but c'mon, we're talking about the HyuNstoppable here.

Do you even watch SC2? Fuck you
Why is this not banned or even just warned?
Why wasn't the idiot he was replying to banned or warned?
all this zerg power, life 4 wins against taeja, 4 wins straight wins against flash, leenock 3 games in a row. infestors and brood lords are stupidly good

Wow you sure owned us.
I didn't... Life and Leenock did. You guys have been saying, blatantly, for months that Kespa would come over and win everything and it has. not. happened. Period. It is a delusion. Their best players transitioned over will hold their own and that is it.
Yeah guys, they didn't win their first MLG. There is absolutely no reason whatsoever to hype these players.

Yeah, his F click is amazing.
Did you even watch Life's muta micro in that last game? He pulled a single muta out of a pack of like 10 away from marines and a viking to save it, at the perfect time.
Seriously, it's like you people see infestors or broodlords and immediately forget everything else in your frenzied hurry to complain on forums

Wow so im hearing this story.. Hwansing didn't have hotel room.. so Daisy shared his hotel room with him. Hwansin and daisy play in championship bracket but daisy is late 20mins hwansin ask for free win daisy comes and say please 1-0 you lead i want to play. hwansin say no i want free win this is 2nd hand information but if this is true this is sc2 korean backstabbing at its finess
Bears defend their second home from elephant invaders, sick!! WP by Flash though everyone was placing bets on Sun but Flash gave a wonderful performance, I expect to see him roll tons of nerds in the future!
Sadly Flash got deafeated, but Life clearly played the better builds. Seemed Flash was pretty one-dimensional in his preparing but this is understandable when you just switched.
So, I'm, too, off to do something different this evening. Nonetheless, great games and a cool show. I hope they release replays or vods.
