Curious always falls to Code A. But he also always gets back up into the first rounds of Code S. :p Hence his nickname.

Because the game came down to hitting one of two spells, vortex or neural. It's boring because it invalidates all of the great moves both players used earlier, reducing the match-up to a coin flip. Plus it's about the 50,000th Vortex-vs.-Neural PvZ we've seen in the last month.

I agree that pvz is not the best match-up, but this is one of the best i've seen in a while. i guess people can't see anything but the letters of the match-up -_-

Really cool how Curious keeps going 13 pool, just to force the forge first.

There's something about Mary here.

Seriously, that was a lot more reminiscent of stasis in BW. A huge spell that could make-or-break a game but still one of a thousand different factors. At this point I'm really calling player/spectator burnout =/

+ Show Spoiler +Actually, it wasn't that bad. I just feel like getting in the LR spirit and complaining. :D

As PvZs go there was a lot of good play and Hero certainly deserved to win. There's no point in constantly whining about vortex because it's always been in the game and will be as long as WOL is around. If you guys hate it so much then wait for HOTS and maybe the match up will be different.

Yes, it's been extremely one-sided series so far, but at least the Hero vs Soulkey series had Hero doing some cool moves. :/ This is the only even match of the day so far, and it's PvZ, so... Really? Hero first game was a straight out build order win. 2nd game was Soulkey not even bothering to stop Hero's 3rd then proceeding to go to 5 base and teching without an army in the face of the inevitable 3 base push.
What? O-o Please reread my post, not sure why you are trying to argue my exact point to me. I called Hero vs Soulkey and Curious vs Maru extremely one-sided series, with the only redeeming feature being Hero doing some cool moves.
