Dun dun dun creep~

Looks like the creep spreads we had when Terrans were in a collective panic post-patch.

Don't understand how people can say DRG is back (Like Khaldor is tweeting). He's won 3 games today and 2 of them were on Whirlwind which is a atrocious map for vZ.

The other recent game I can think of was where he lost to By.Rain.

Not hating, DRG is one of my favorite Zergs but I don't think he's shown as much overpowering of his opponents as he did before the GSL/GSTL losses effected him.

He generally aims for the lategame and abuse a lot the immobility of blord/infest/corru. Doom drops are expected :D.
The interesting fact is that he's been doing that since early 2011 and before the queen/ovi patch.

That's his style? I've only seen him actually doing that on Antiga and I thought it was a map thing...I guess I don't watch enough of Polt's TvZ.

Tal'darim close by ground is legit too

hey at least they didn't use Dual Sight

dual sight holds a special place in my heart because of mvp vs leenock

That game was so silly...

Oh come on that got all of us a ton of nerd-chills!

Yeah, me too at the time but looking back, it was pretty silly. Silly awesome.

there's a ton of Polt vs Stephano series out there (i think asus winter, mlg, dreamhack (?) ) where he played like that, it was some time ago though, haven't seen if he still does ^_^

the problem is that he has a shitload of early timings/all ins, but he doesn't use that many, just the variety gives this impression. That game is actually a greedier version of his standard play.

His style is unbelievable clean and standard, he never cheeses and is rarely greedy, he is somewhat predictable with his style which I would say is his downfall most of the time. I would say he doesn't have as much diversity as other Terrans, but is probably smarter than all of them.
