He comments a lot about timings particularly around economy but doesn't do as good a job analyzing pre-engagements. Or sometimes he gets excessively colorful and really overhypes a battle. I have no doubt he'll improve eventually and I still enjoy watching his casts, but there are casters I enjoy more. I just don't understand how casting Starcraft can be your profession and not having extensive knowledge of the game can be acceptable. Casters like TB, day 9, and DJ Wheat don't even seem like they're trying to learn about the game. Artosis has extensive knowledge of every matchup, knows about every player's strength and weaknesses, and brings great insight to the game. Ditto with NFL and NBA commentators-- they all have extensive knowledge about the game, they don't just go "oh look he threw the ball OH MY GOD OH MY GOD!"

Taeja just made zerg aggression look like a joke.
