You clearly didn't watch enough starcraft 2 mister hitpoint, TOP, TheStC, Cella, Genius, TheWinD were some of the best players in the world at that time. They weren't considered the very best though. If you said Maka I'd agree, but you didn't. Tester was the other guy that people made arguments for being the best, and Idra got the better of whitera overall, he wasn't considered better. King of the Beta was just one tournament, but it was the biggest and best tournament at the time. Winning that was easily enough to make an argument for best in the world, and it did. I'm not even saying he was for sure the best. I'm just saying there was a time when people thought he was, pretty unanimously. Especially at a time when zerg was terribly under-powered (early after release). | ||
