Kespa players just have been multi-tasking so well in this tournament.

They just keep on piling on the pressure from the beginning of the game.

Coca losing a queen.

Add to that, Kespa pros know what it feels like to be on the national spotlight. It does wonders for their nerves plus the fact that they have nothing to lose in this tournament.

I'm pretty sure "nothing to lose" is a much bigger factor than GSL players worrying about their "superiors" or being unused to being in the spotlight. There's an enormously higher mental burden being placed on GOM players for losing, and just look at how many of them have turned into train wrecks; no one was playing this terrible a month ago.

That was diamond play from Coca as someone would say.

Forgetting roach speed? Not cancelling hatch when banes where coming lol.

4 Queen triple spine build was worse imo.

Thats another mistake, picking this build was disastrous. One of the worst builds ive seen in ZvZ.

In that situation i mean.

I cant think of any situations were that build is a better choice over another one.

Oooh. Coca has an advantage. That's a huge small advantage. Lol.

This could go to a third game. He seems more relaxed now.

i like how a zerg player wans to keep in the mineral trick, wonder if the opinion is the same when a terran player uses this on mules and mine 30 more minerals per mule x3, while other peoples can't use it.

Coca seems to have gathered himself for this game now. Much better play Soulkey in a rough spot

Is there a difference between GSL players playing against top foreigners than against Kespa players? Both are heavily expected to win imo, but they do really well against the former group. Always have, still do.

Big difference. Foreigners are scared of Koreans for one.

I suppose they are afraid the kespa players will eventually become the top dogs, while when they play foreigners gom guys still feel like they are the better players anyway.

An unscientific opinion of mine is also that foreign players have a habit of going to pieces under Korean cheese and early pressure, and you saw those tactics employed early on during the KeSPA switch, but naturally the new players adapted to these tactics very quickly.
