Congrats to JRecco even if he is a total Stephano clone. yeah that's about what I would say. Nani=idra...who's the terran equivalent? Avilo. It's Ryung if you read his interviews. "I played a great game where I harassed everywhere and etc etc etc... but he just a moved his well upgraded protoss units into me so I lost" or something close to that. let me find it Avilo really isn't in the same league as those guys though, I'd consider Beastyqt a decent candidate, he's mostly mannered but brings out the good old BM at times.

It's hilarious to see IdrA give tips to people QQing ^_^... Why doesn't he win with all that godly knowledge?

What Starcraft 2 is somewhat dying? Where are these statistics coming from?

I'm not saying you cannot win, but as it once was that it was a lot more effort to win against Terran, now it takes a lot more effort to beat Zerg than to actually win as Zerg. I hope Blizzard steps in before HOTS, but I fear they won't.
Nani shouldn't leave the way he did, as he is a professional yet I can fully understand him. Generally speaking even though we had a PvP final in GSL, you can see Zergs rising left and right... and thats just not about good play. Hopefully next series will be better.
The game lacks spectacle or displays of skill. Nothing Recco did was aweinspiring interesting or mechanically inspiring. Standard happened and very little things of interest happened during standard play.
These games will look even more terrible in a week after the OSL shows us a dynamic game.

And in almost all matches from JRecco that I've seen lately he played fantastic. But let's see how it turns out. He will get rolled by MajOr. expecting 3-0.
Naawww, JRecco will know how to make spines.

Hopefully next series will be better. he plays solely based on bad timings and then sits in the middle of the map for 2 minutes before actually attacking. when you play that bad you're supposed to lose. ye that timing is an all in and jonny defended adequately. don't pretend like nani tried to play a standard macro game, he just all in'ed. Jonny SCOUTED the all-in, so he SHOULD beat it...that's called balance...
sorry didn't see the scout, tuned in when nani was already in the middle of the map. if this is true then yes even better :D

Seriously, Naniwa's comments were appropriate if he had played fucking code S level these matches and still would have been rolled over by inferior play. But this simply wasn't the case, these matches are awful examples to raise balance whines after losing.

It's a matter of populatirty. People cheer for the player htye know.
Lots of people know Major, he streams ALL THE TIME.
So I can udnerstand why they want him to win. I also want him to win, but I don't think it will be one sided for either player imho.

Hmm overlay Icon shows fraer as Terran.
Fix it, otherwise you're killing eSports.

Dying according to who? Was only a matter of time before random people starting to say shit like that because their fave race loses.

Nani had very questionable choices in his tech. I'm not a fan of his slow upgrades and that, .i.e fast upgrades, is one of the great things that Protoss can abuse against their opponents. Not making more HT with storms, especially against a player that is so heavy on the lings and infestors without the roaches.
Quite disappointed at the lack of multitasking: we saw neither WP harass or the great positioning Nani is known for, something that REcco looked vulnerable to. We can conclude that Nani is definitely on a tilt/slump. Even though his vZ is his worst MU he played that much worse than he generally does (if yesterday was any indication this was actually quite expected). REcco played great (considering his experience) but his vP wasn't good to be honest. Regardless of what is said, he deserved that win because he played better than Nani in that game, best of luck to him. It's always great to see fresh blood
|
That was quite sad to see NaNiwa to play so poorly. I feel like the frustration of the matchup really got him to play much worse than he is able to do.

Nani played poorly and i wouldn't count this recco guy out he seems to have pretty solid zvt

Yeah, but Nani had to do that timing before Recco could get those spines and super late game army. And Recco knew that Nani had to do it which was what enabled him to smash it.

Is this a DT 4 gate warp prism???? Please?
