Nani just has a hard time vs Zerg.
Lost to DRG at GSL. Lost to Sortof at Narcon, lost to Sortof again at WCS Sweden, of course you start getting frustrated.

JRecco won't get rolled by Major at all. Hyun faltered to the same Hellion play 3 times in a row, that was an incredible weak showcase by him.

And in almost all matches from JRecco that I've seen lately he played fantastic. But let's see how it turns out.

I really think its time to put Zergs in place, because the time is here that Zerg has learned how to abuse their abilities that much, that it gets too hard if not impossible to fight them on even ground.

I'm not saying you cannot win, but as it once was that it was a lot more effort to win against Terran, now it takes a lot more effort to beat Zerg than to actually win as Zerg. I hope Blizzard steps in before HOTS, but I fear they won't.

Nani shouldn't leave the way he did, as he is a professional yet I can fully understand him. Generally speaking even though we had a PvP final in GSL, you can see Zergs rising left and right... and thats just not about good play. Hopefully next series will be better.

he plays solely based on bad timings and then sits in the middle of the map for 2 minutes before actually attacking. when you play that bad you're supposed to lose.

ye that timing is an all in and jonny defended adequately. don't pretend like nani tried to play a standard macro game, he just all in'ed.

Jonny SCOUTED the all-in, so he SHOULD beat it...that's called balance...
Not write me more about balance, or next time i kick you ass

MC, Squirtle and stuff seems fine with it now. ~~

PvZ is largely dependant on the skill of the Protoss player imo. Therefore, if you're having trouble in the matchup, you're having trouble with most zerg players, instead of just the best ones, which makes the matchup seem imbalanced in lesser players minds.

And the skill of the Zerg player has nothing to do with the matchup, yeah right...

Nani didn't play good enough and deserved that loss. Maybe he didn't prepare enough or underestimated jonnyREcco, we won't know only that he blames imbalance for his mistakes.
That's how you can tell between a good player and a true Champion.

I think you are confusing sugarcoating a comment with making a joke! No one wants to listen to casters who fuel the flames of drama.

On topic: Dat eyepatch.

Also great to see suich good stream numbers for ro32! Hope it only gets better. So well run so far(at least production side)

I don't know man, it was pretty awesome when superdanielman called out IdrA in that game against Tarson haha.

Some people don't watch to watch good starcraft, they just watch to follow their favorite gamers.
See: Bisu fans.

I'm completely objective here since I don't really care who wins these games, but here's my opinion:
Upsets are nice, but if there are too many upsets it does hurt the scene.
Marketing starcraft to the outside world is easier if you have some big name players that are never gonna lose from lower skilled players just because they are better.
Sadly that happens way too often in Starcraft (not talking about the last match, talking in general).
Take tennis as an example, the better player always wins.

And that's why Starcraft 2 is somewhat dying. Very boring series for me, but I'm sure DJRecco is happy. Kinda glad Naniwa is out too. :D

Hopefully Major wins the whole thing though. I like him for some reason

This, he missed his timing and instead of trying to recover from the failed timing by actually macroing and playing standard, he sat on 200/200 and up to 2000min for several minutes. Take a 4th and try to transition into a late game comp....

I guess if playing intelligently is copying everything Stephano does then he did play intelligently.

Welcome to StarCraft 2 -- a competitive RTS where players often copy builds and styles from successful players. This legacy of building on the shoulders of giants goes back over 10 years. Your weird passive-aggressive tone is misplaced here -- rest assured, whoever your P, T or Z hero is, he got a lot of his chops by copying others.

Don't hate on JREcco for doing what it takes to win.

Okay guys, come sit down with me for a second. You know that Twitch add you keep showing? The one that starts off with a really loud "ZOOOOT!"? Everyone who is paying for your premium stream is listening to absolute silence for the minute or two before the ZOOOOT. And then we shit our pants.

Seriously, maybe a little ramp-up into the Twitch ZOOOOT? I'm tired of missing the first five minutes of every game while I shower and find a fresh pair of undies.

Lol I know exactly what you're talking about.

Kind of underwhelming play of Nani. I've seen him play a lot better than this.

Zerg can play the same way every game and be OK. Protoss has to surprise, be super creative and have a great sense of timing in order to make a chance of victory... I'm a zerg player btw, good thing cuz I aint creative at all...
