It crushes roach heavy/muta transition builds, Losira on the other hand immediately went for double upgrade lings and infestors with spine support, which is pretty much the hard counter to the strategy. Maybe it has something to do with him being on IM? might have immediately recognized the strategy.

It hits at 14:10 if you macro perfectly, It's so strong because of the huge number of units. Add in blink and you can micro a maxed army against a Zerg without hive tech, just ridiculously strong.

I think Arthur missed his timing too, the build makes the most sense on entombed because you can take a third without nearly as many sentries as on cloud, letting you put more gas into stalkers. In the first game I saw seed do it, he maxed out at 14 minutes with just pure blink stalker with +3 and very little, if any, sentry and zealot support

Don't forget that he went with a heavy phoenix opener, I think that that was more important to delaying the timing than the number of sentries.
