not an expert but most people consider sea to be the most accomplished terran never to win a starleague title, i think. very strong in all matchups, actually played a very good game last night. play suffered a lot after the move to T8. best game of his i can remember was a win against jaedong on a big macro map of some sort, from before they were on the same team

Holy Adun. Does that mean Sea is CLIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIDE?
I bear this sig to commemorate the loss of the team icon that commemorated Oversky's 2008-2009 Proleague Round 1 performance.

dunno, he got seeded as far as i know so i feel like if thats true, he wont be allowed to play right?

Why did he get seeded?I guess it's a good thing that we aren't gonna see him then.

good record in SPL SC2

Is there a list somewhere of all the Kespa seeds? I tried looking on liquidpedia but only saw th GSL point seeds.

open the OP results section

will WCS be random bracket? if so, hopefully the kespa seeds dont get matched up with any of the GSL seeds

cause mother of god those are some strong players.
Pretty sure it's not random, it looks like there's some kind of seeding; note how the top left player (i.e. #1 seed) is usually a well-known GSL player.

YuGiOh is seed 32 though, which is bollocks

nono like
the highest seeds are placed on opposite ends
top seed -> 1
second seed -> 2
third seed -> 16
fourth seed -> 17
etc

Oh

That is...

confusing

it's the way seeding is done in most elimination tournaments in any sport, like tennis for example, or playoffs in mainstream american sports. high seeds matched against low seeds or non-seeds to start, with the idea being, if all goes as expected, the top 4 don't play until the semis, top 2 don't play until the final, etc.

Does anyone know why Jaedong and Effort forfeited? I don't have time to follow the LR thread due to an exam tomorrow, but if anyone knows, shoot me a PM. Do they have a conflicting SPL match or something? If so, its quite unfortunate that they have to miss such an opportunity because they are the soul of their teams. It must be a hard life being such in demand players! Lol

Somebody posted earlier in the thread that Jaedong and Effort were among the players getting Kespa seeds to the main qualifier, so I would assume that is the reason.

Slayers Clide, then TSL Clide was a good Terran player in the GSL Open Seasons that Artosis basically hyped up as the greatest Terran, and later the greatest Terran without a title. It was just a joke on Artosis .
