Sniper was losing way too many infestors to stop drops/army splits effectively without the added mobility of zergling/ultra. Transitioning would just allow flash to pull him apart. Granted, he still was, but that was due to impatience and overconfidence than choosing the wrong tech. | ||

Maybe he could have tried it but Flash would have rolled him while he was trying to transition, you can't just pop out 10 bl's randomly without a huge bank, which he never had. | ||

That being said, he played well, and SC2 fans who said Sniper 100% threw that away aren't giving Flash enough credit. I think Flash has a lot of room to improve and could be the best player when HOTS comes out, but if he has to play Puzzle that is going to be tough for him to qualify for the next stage. | ||
