SCV pulling is actually good against Colossi you just have to do it before he has enough support with them. 2 Base ALL-In with alot of SCV's pulled and 1-1 kills any kind of Colossi first BS unless you wait for ages. ( which Byun did )

The amount of decent PVP's is about 10% of decent ZVZ's and 1% of decent TVT's  thats probably why.

The entire point of scv pulling vs Protoss who is going colossus is to win before storm gets out. That's why he pulled them. First time he had storm so gg and second time he hadn't done enough damage beforehand with harassment so gg.

He doesn't have 5 GSL championships in a row for the last 5 seasons though. He's pretty mediocre.
