Gotta hand it to the Chinese organizers. This event's production has been top notch, from the stage, to the map previews, to the fact that Artosis is there. Also great to see such a large crowd watching the event.

I don't mind her at all. I think it's good, because she knows the Chinese players really really well. It's like they ask her something and she can reply instantly. She's definitely knowledgeable and it's good to see someone new to add a different perspective from a casting stand point. I mean, her accent is quite distracting, but overall I'm happy with her.

Does chinese player have acess to the outside scene of SC2, like what is the current metagame in the Korea server or famous tournaments?
I`ll start to watch WCS China today and I`m really curious about this answer. I hope it`s a negative one, so I can enjoy some really different style from chinese players.
Afaik the WC3 legends were really good and innovative. I remember Ted and TH000, both really really awesome in Wc3 in terms of strategy ^^.

Pretty cool event though, great production and stagecraft, and bunch of cosplayers running around (located at an Anime Convention)

yep,that's true...but it seems they've got different feelings about the game tempo...Like Toodming, I don't think he is capable enough to beat MKP, but he did that in a series of challenge matches, 2:1...he also defeat noblesse with a score 4:2...
