Hell half our community thinks it's bad mannered if someone doesn't "gg" at the end of the game. In the fighting game community it seems like your expected to at least insult your opponents mother 3 times while sitting right beside them, anything less and your clearly not trying hard enough.
Sounds to me like destiny is involved in the wrong scene.

Well starcraft 2 community is full of gentlemens. That's why we except gg everytime.

Not really, it depends on the game, what you have described is more or less the MK community. The SC5 is not like that because it's smaller and most people are friends and know each other, and the Sf community is somewhat similar to the sc2 community, just change S Korea for Japan.
