The only thing in your composition that can deal with infestors are the templar. And they wont get in range because of brood lords. Infestors will shred archon/mothership/carrier. Archons and carrier damage are both almost negated by fungals.
I encourage you to try it yourself, you will realize the strength of the composition if played correctly.
