Dunno about Terran. Maxing out as protoss before 15:00 isn't that uncommon if the P rushes 3base like this. Even with robo and upgrades. However from 14:00 (snowbear mentions) to 15:00 you can (with CB) get 2 full warpins. Which is roughly 40-50 supply | ||
