aLive 2-0 Cruncher ThorZaIN 2-0 CatZ Ret 2-1 SeleCT (Fun Fact: Ret and SeleCT have been in the same division for every NASL season. In season 1 and 2 it was Ret beating SeleCT 2-1 so I am just gonna assume the same thing happens) LoWeLy 2-1 IdrA
|
Alive 2-0 Cruncher,
ThorZaIN 2-1 CatZ
Select 2-1 Ret
IdrA 2-0 LoWeLy
|
Alive, Thorzain, Ret, Lowely.
|
If Idra loses, he's out of NASL.
|
Hm, If this was prepatch, I would've thought 2 - 0 for thorzain. After the patch though, anything can happen. Thorzain needs to win to grab a playoff shot.

CrunCher 0 - 2 Alive Catz 2 - 1 ThorZaIN Ret 2 - 1 SeleCT LoWeLy 2 - 0 IdrA
^ Not really basing those off anything, just wild stabs in the dark.
This is the most interesting group in that it's the only one where none of the seeds are decided yet and it all comes down to the last round of games, should be a good group of matches. Fingers crossed for no walk-overs or DQ's. Throwing all my support behind Lowley and Ret in this one.

Actually he only needs a win to have a playoff spot for sure. At 4-4 he could still get one and it is likely he would, since at 4-4, +2 (at worst) he would be the best of the 4-4 people. Right now Cloud is the cutting point of the playoffs, so Tzain might already be in regardless. I'm gonna work out the math now.
Edit: Yeah, Thorzain and Nightend are both in the wildcard playoffs. Select, aLive and Polt COULD pass Thorzain (worst case), leaving him as the last seed to get into the playoffs.
Edit2: Shit, I hadn't updated Dimaga's score, one sec
Edit3: Ok, there is a wacky scenario where aLive and Polt pass Thorzain, Select and Nightend, leaving a threeway tie for the last spot. So they aren't guaranteed.

So which 2 matches aren't happening?

Updated.

Ret is playing to tie with Demuslim for playoff seed. If Ret drops a map, he has to hope that MC loses 0-2 to tie for last seed, and Demuslim is automatically in. If Ret wins 2-0, forces a tie with Demuslim (and possibly MC if MC loses 1-2). If Ret loses, he gets playoff and not finals.

Aaand Thorzain byes into playoffs, while IdrA drops out of NASL. Fun. Why forfeit IdrA?

This is one hell of a wacky game

Yeah thought Sc had that early.

Please don't ever show SC games ever again until he decides to play properly at least once per series. Every single time I've ever seen him play, as far as I remember, he has either cheesed, or tried to cheese (and then had to switch when it gets scouted). He's such a horrible person to watch, it's ridiculous.
I understand you're wanting to cast the final rounds of the open brackets, but man, SC is just so horrible to watch games of. I don't understand how he's still around when all he does is cheese almost every single game he plays.

I've never understood people's strong aversion to cheesy games - I'd rather watch a cheese rush than a long cautious 4 base game that has only one big battle at the end. I wish they would be called "micro-intensive openers" instead of "cheese".

Masa is Canadian, is he not? Rotti keeps saying he's Korean.
Nightmares isn't a Korean team, I'm pretty sure.

these guys are both playing pretty sloppy. masa has really bad engagements; forsen has bad creep spread and should have realized masa had a third base when he snuck the zergling in.
