Wouldn't a 10 minute delay make more sense?
Maybe I'm missing something.

Online tourney god, korean-turned-european. That's kinda wha't worries me though. All these ''online tourney gods'' might as well be maphacking. That's a pretty absurd leap. All rich people might as well be stealing.

yes but they want to cast both semifinals and they run at the same time, so they need to use the replays. this also allows the tournament to finish faster so the players can go to bed ( they can play the finals instead of waiting for casters )

these casters... i was so hyped to see the TSL because the last one was so well run, but that stream just screams boredom.

Maybe, as some people said, I'm paranoid, but nowadays I only trust the players that are performing allright/well in tournaments. I'm sure TL will screen the replays of the winner to check for that.
I hope they will. I know it is hard to prove most of the times, but it would be a shame if someone would win a tournament as prestigious as the TSL, while maphacking/cheating.

I don't really get that analogy. It's not like I said everyone is maphacking. I just said that I think it's weird that (imo these unknown players), referenced as online tourney gods, are doing so well. That would be the same as: All admins jump to conclusions.

Yes, the actual tournament. Not the qualifiers

Most of the popular casters are traveling at the moment.

Wow, bunch of duders hating on the qualifers of TSL just because they haven't heard of the casters or players? Ascend has been in the NA scene since Beta and Daisy has been in foreign online tournaments like the Playhem daily and the ESL Pro Series for months.

Daisy was a member of team Prime. i'm convinced he's not a maphacker.

Just as so many people weren't convinced that Spades wasn't/isn't a maphacker.

I think that Ascend is fine, but part of the problem is the mics. It sounds like there's problems with both of theirs. Especially on Catz's end, it keeps getting 'hot' (I think that's the term) where it seems to pick up everything and max out for a sec. The mic quality is fairly poor. Catz also says 'um' and a ton of other fillers a lot. He takes control of the casting, but doesn't really fill the time well. He's really cutting off Ascend. Ah well, it's only the first.
