Well if you waste time with D3 when you should be training sc2 you cant truly call yourself a pro-gamer
Every normal profession got to have a free times apart from progamers, it seems. Those must eat, sleep and play StarCraft.
Well should a professional soccer player for instance train basketball instead of his own sport?
Why can't they play it in their spare time or off season? Stork played WoW for several years while he was playing starcraft, but yeah, guess you know a lot about pro gaming.

A soccer player can play basketball for fun in their free time, doesn't mean they're training for basketball. Athletes regularly play golf in their free time during the season.

There was a thread about it recently. NITRIX or something like that.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with doing other sports or playing other games in your free time or for a warm-up.
You see athletes doing this everywhere.
Some guys play hacky sack, some guys kick a ball around, some guys play basketball prior.

Yeah, they should play SC2 from the moment the wake up to the moment they go to sleep. Why do they deserve free time?
Come to think of it... why the hell are all of us with jobs not currently studying at how to become better at what we do? Damn us. We don't deserve to be employed.
probably because most of our jobs aren't competitive sports
I saw some athletes tweeting about playing CoD. wtf are they doing?! They need to be training!
You understand the vast majority of these pro players are making less money than Mcdonalds workers right? They are pro gamers because they love the game, why are you giving them shit for doing other hobbies lol.

You don't really "train" at playing a recreational game.
Should a soccer player be allowed to play basketball in his free time? Absolutely.
should he be allowed to play basketball instead of soccer??
I really don't understand. Please make your point are you saying that if you decide to play soccer you are no longer allowed to touch a basketball or something like that?
