hydras have a use against terran right now IMO their DPS per food is very high and as long as you treat hydras as nothing more than that they can shine if zerg is at 200food extreme lategame having 5 hydras in his army (10food worth) as long as they are in the back using 6range and broodlords/ultras are tanking fire for the hydras then the hydras do very good DPS per food hydras suck pretty badly i agree but they could have a use in a 200food lategame armies imo warhounds however should pretty much never be used against zerg because they will never be able to work at 100% strength because im assuming their cost is balanced around their strength when using missiles as a counter to mech. so zerg has no mech meaning the warhounds should never be cost effective something like this will probably be changed before beta is over. i bet warhounds missiles will be changed to target massive instead of mechanical. could be useful with a place in your army to counter ultras, broodlords, collossi, tempest, and hopefully mothership/carriers which hopefully stay in the game | ||
