Demuslim is almost guaranteed to go to the playoffs.

Say Demuslim loses 2-0 to both HasuObs and Dimaga, putting him at 6-2 with 12-7, with Hero going into week 9 with his current 6-1, 13-3 and HasuObs 5-2 with 12-7.

So, in this scenario, the only one where Demuslim can be eliminated, if Hasu wins, Hero and Hasu qualify.

Oh really? I wasn't even aware there was cross-server lag (i.e. that there were playing cross-servers...though I guess that much should have been obvious), Hero was just that good I guess? hot dayum

I gotta say, the production value for the NASL has gotten so fucking good these last couple of weeks. I am so impressed in how you have improved since the early days of season 1. I wish you guys the best of luck and hope your finals are unforgettable!

Demuslim is probably ecstatic beating one of the best Protoss in the world in his worst matchup. At least let the guy post on his twitter to his fans, jesus.

Can't take anything from Demuslim though. That was a great series and well played by both sides despite lag.

You can't take away that he won the game but the series as a whole was really weird. With the 4 gate and the 4 rax the only normal game was game 2.

Yeah NASL plays cross-server, always on US so players from Korea are generally at a disadvantage. Unfortunately the new Liquid house has SKT as an Internet provider, who generally have worse connectivity than Korea Telecom. I was seeing pings upwards of 500ms yesterday, the routing is really flaky and the latency changes wildly over the course of a day. We'll get it sorted out soon so it isn't an issue in future matches.

Ah... good to know (or maybe the opposite ;. Playing with that kind of latency is incredible, amazing that Hero played as well as he did ><;;;

KT>SKT, too good :D

Liquid bias showing strong today! Obviously it sucks that Hero was lagging, but I wonder what the response would've been if it was an EG player struggling with lag? Probably not quite so sympathetic I imagine.

Anyay, really cool to see Ben continue undefeated, wp to both, was a fun series.

My favorite players are specifically JYP, Hero, and MC and I generally only watch their games and I would cry with JYP if he had that problem too ;__; Lag is really a shame no matter what imho >__<

The funny thing is that when Incontrol complained about cross server lag everyone went nuts at him, but its obviously fine for a Liquid player to do pretty much the same thing.

Dat anti-EG sentiment on these forums >_<

And rofl I just read the Twitter post people are complaining about. Come the fuck on guys, get over yourselves.

I wonder if people still think Demuslim is overrated... let's see, he beat NesTea, Hero and plenty more I can't remember at the moment.

He is just inconsistent. Some of the unit control he was showing in game 2 vs Hero was just amazing (except the last engagement which was so fail lol) but he sometimes fails to live up to expectations
