And you don't show anything like the same hype for say Mvp, DRG, MKP and other players who are better than Stephano because?

Because he's not a robot and passionate about the foreigner scene / their players, probably because he knows most of them on a personal level. He shouldn't need to restrain himself imo, because it makes his casting more lively and i enjoy that more than being a grey neutral person (minerals being mined, minerals being mined comes to mind).
